Hotel rooms are standardized; houses are not. So before anyone sends a deposit, the same questions arrive on our WhatsApp — here are the plain answers, valid across all fifteen houses in the collection.
The price
Two numbers, both visible before you ask: the nightly rate and a flat cleaning fee charged once per stay. That is the whole invoice. No platform service fee, no resort fee, no “taxes and fees” accordion at the end. Minimum stay is two nights on every house; check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
“Sleeps 16” — beds, not sofas
When a listing of ours says 16 guests, it means real beds. Villa Blanca sleeps 16 across 11 beds including a bunk room; The Palm Luxury Home fits 14 with 7 beds across 6 bedrooms. Every house page lists guests, bedrooms, beds and baths separately — read the four numbers together and you know exactly who is sharing.
The house itself
Every house comes fully equipped: full kitchen, linens and towels, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, TVs, and parking on the property (gated in most of them). The pool is yours alone — nobody else’s kids, no chair towels at 7 AM. Where a house has extras — putting green, games room, gym, sauna, private cinema, dock — they are on the house page as tags, and they are included, not upsells.
What is not included
Daily housekeeping (it is a private house, not a hotel floor — mid-stay cleans can be arranged), pool heating in winter where noted, and anything you break beyond normal wear. Pets: ask first, some houses say yes.
The part that matters
Everything above is written into the WhatsApp thread before you pay, so there is nothing to reinterpret at the door. Pick your dates on any house and the enquiry arrives already written — we answer with the total, in writing, the same day.
